When you first walk into Garnish, the atmosphere sets the tone for an unforgettable meal. The restaurant features modern décor with subtle hints of Indian culture, creating a welcoming ambiance that is both elegant and relaxed. The dining area is spacious yet cozy, making it an ideal spot for anything from a casual lunch to a special evening out with friends or family.

The menu at Garnish Indian Fusion Cuisine is an exciting blend of traditional Indian dishes with a contemporary twist. From the moment you peruse their offerings, it's clear that the chefs here aren't afraid to experiment with new flavors and ingredients. For instance, the “Tandoori Grilled Salmon” takes the classic tandoori cooking method and pairs it with fresh seafood for a truly unique dish. It’s smoky, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, showcasing the chef's expertise in balancing spices and textures.

If you prefer something more traditional, Garnish doesn’t disappoint. Their “Butter Chicken,” a classic favorite, has the right balance of creamy richness and spice. The chicken is tender, with just enough heat to keep you coming back for more. Alongside this, you can enjoy their signature “Garlic Naan,” which complements any curry perfectly. The naan is light, fluffy, and wonderfully aromatic, a perfect accompaniment to their flavorful dishes.

For those who want to try something innovative, the “Saffron Risotto with Indian Spices” is a must-try. The creamy risotto is infused with Indian spices, creating a fusion dish that is both comforting and exciting. The saffron adds a luxurious touch, elevating this dish into a culinary masterpiece.

One of the standout features of Garnish Indian Fusion Cuisine is their commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The dessert menu is equally impressive. If you're in the mood for something sweet to end your meal, the “Mango Kulfi” is a perfect choice. This traditional Indian frozen dessert is creamy and rich, with the natural sweetness of mango providing a refreshing contrast to the spices of the main course. For those seeking a more adventurous option, the “Chocolate Samosas” offer a delightful fusion of crispy pastry and indulgent chocolate filling. It’s an unexpected twist on a classic, making for a memorable end to your meal.

As far as service goes, Garnish Indian Fusion Cuisine consistently receives rave reviews for its attentive and friendly staff. • Ordered Chicken dum biryani (bone in) and boneless Chicken biryani, portions were huge, service was slow but worth the wait. Food was piping hot, flavor can improve. Must visit if you are in DTC parkway and Greenwood Village. Best Raita and Salan I had recently, made fresh. Good luck and hope the quality continues.

  • I have been to this restaurant several times and have been always happy with the food. If you go to this restaurant, you'll notice that many Indian folks dine here which is a great sign as they wouldn't be there if the food wasn't home-style and authentic. The huge and diverse menu covers many North Indian favorites such as Butter Masala, Saag Paneer, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, as well as South Indian dishes such as Idli (steamed rice cakes), Dosa (savory paper-thin crepes stuffed with various ingredients) and Hyderabadi Biryani. Speaking of which, I think Garnish's pinnacle dish is the vast variety of Biryani dishes. You can get them vegetarian, or with shrimp, lamb, goat and chicken. They offer Hyderabadi Biryani as well as regular Biryani and they all taste amazing! The portions are huge, the spices are well-balanced, and the presentation is grand! The only minor issue I have had is when they get busy, the service goes down a notch or two, but I guess that could happen at any other restaurant so I'm sticking to my 5-star review. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

  • The 24 oz Goat Biryani is tasty. I ordered it at the mild spice level. If you can handle a bit of heat, medium would be a good choice. The portion is large—you can easily eat it twice. There was a DoorDash BOGO promotion when I ordered it. For the price, I was expecting a whole egg instead of just half. Don’t expect all the meat to be boneless; bones are included, which makes the portion look bigger. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing—some people enjoy eating meat with bones, while others don’t. Conclusion: a highly recommended dish.

  • The restaurant was crowded over the weekend. Very neat and clean restaurant. I tried their Mango Lassi ($5) for the first time, and it lived up to the hype—smooth, refreshing and cooling. For the main course, I went with the Madras Beef Coconut Milk Curry ($19). The portion was generous, with plenty of tender beef pieces. The tangy kick from the tamarind paste came through right away, balanced nicely by the richness of the coconut milk. Overall, a great experience once again. I’ll definitely be returning to try more dishes from the menu.
